About
Mr. Holt is using his CIMR® (Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction) Technology which will provide a multilayered air protection and mitigation strategy to provide safe fresh indoor air across the critical civilian and military infrastructures for eliminate COVID-19. Mr. Holt’s CIMR technology produces hydrogen peroxide gas which diffuses everywhere air travels, continuously disinfecting microbes in places that other technologies cannot reach e.g. floor-to-ceiling, all surfaces, material and ambient air to include areas seen and unseen. Microbes are then destroyed with the CIMR system. CIMR does not create ozone and is safe for humans and animals Mr. Holt is focused on engineering air scavenging solutions, CIMR, to combat COVID-19 solutions. CIMR technology when applied in a multilayered and approach will provide the public confidence to allow America to fully reopen the economy and sustain our critical infrastructures. Using CIMR we will be able to keep out country open and at the same time protecting public health and those most vulnerable to this or future diseases. The use of CIMR will restoring the confidence of people, customers, workers, and producers is the critical opportunity to ensure each critical infrastructure sector of our country can reliably support our society our economy, and ultimately, the American way of life.

Mr. Holt is currently working on expansions in Australia, Ghana, and India.
We use our Patent Pending “Air Defense Assessment Tool” (ADAT) which is a proprietary process to support
the “Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Hierarchy of Controls” diagram below.
ADAT evaluates and determines the most effective and efficient combinations of indoor
air quality sanitization technologies and a specific quantity of equipment
along with application rates to provide the highest level of protection
from microbial pathogens, viruses, mold, and pollen in the air and on surfaces.
Call us for a review.
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Hierarchy of Controls
Overview
Controlling exposures to occupational hazards is the fundamental method of protecting workers.
Traditionally, a hierarchy of controls has been used as a means of determining
how to implement feasible and effective control solutions.
The idea behind this hierarchy is the control methods at the top of graphic
are potentially more effective and protective than those at the bottom.
Following this hierarchy normally leads to the implementation of inherently safer systems,
where the risk of illness or injury has been substantially reduced. (Source: NIOSH)
