We use our Patent Pending “Air Defense Assessment Tool” (ADAT) which is a proprietary process to support
the “Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Hierarchy of Controls” diagram below.
ADAT evaluates and determines the most effective and efficient combinations of indoor
air quality sanitization technologies and a specific quantity of equipment
along with application rates to provide the highest level of protection
from microbial pathogens, viruses, mold, and pollen in the air and on surfaces.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Hierarchy of Controls
Overview
Controlling exposures to occupational hazards is the fundamental method of protecting workers.
Traditionally, a hierarchy of controls has been used as a means of determining
how to implement feasible and effective control solutions.
The idea behind this hierarchy is the control methods at the top of graphic
are potentially more effective and protective than those at the bottom.
Following this hierarchy normally leads to the implementation of inherently safer systems,
where the risk of illness or injury has been substantially reduced. (Source: NIOSH)
